2 Bunches of spring onions
500g mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mint
3 tbsp olive oil
1 packet of filo pastry

- chop spring onions into small pieces and put them on top of the strained milk, add mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, mint and pepper, stir well until all ingredients are mixed together.
