450g chickpeas
2 cups of roughly parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tsp sodium bicarbonate
4 cloves garlic
vegetable oil
Soak the chickpeas in water for 24 hours.
Blend the chickpeas, onion, garlic and parsley in a food processor to a smooth paste.
